Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

We strive to offer a convenient and affordable shipping experience.  Please review our shipping policy below:

 

1. Shipping fees are based on USPS Ground shipping rates.  â€‹

This fee applies to domestic orders within the US. 

Currently we do not ship to international locations.

We cannot ship to a PO Box address.

2. Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days.

Delivery times will depend on your location. Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days after processing.

3. Shipping Carrier

We use USPS or UPS to ship all orders.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, so you can track your package every step of the way.

4. Order Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at nesmithwoodworks@gmail.com or 618-780-7083 and we’ll assist you with locating your package.

Nesmith Woodworks is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

 

 

Return & Refund Policy

At Nesmith Woodworks and Pop’s Woodshop, we are committed to providing the best products and services. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below.

1. Return Period

Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

After 15 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be in unused and undamaged condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

​

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds can take up to 7 business days to process after the return is received.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or there was an error with the order.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please note that the item may be subject to price differences.

5. How to Return an Item

Please contact us by emailing us at nesmithwoodworks@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.

You will be provided with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.

Returns must be sent to address provided in return instructions and customers are responsible for the shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement.
